Quorum Software is an energy software company headquartered at 811 Main Street, Suite 2200, Houston, Texas 77002. Its products are sold under the Quorum Energy Suite brand and are used for planning, production operations, land and lease management, hydrocarbon measurement, accounting, midstream and LNG operations and workforce logistics. The company states that it serves more than 1,500 customers across the entire energy value chain in 50 countries, and its company overview adds that it has around 1,700 team members and a customer base spanning 50 energy producing countries, from emerging operators to supermajors and national oil companies. Its first product, delivered about twenty-five years ago, was software for gas plant accountants.

Upstream planning, economics and reserves

The planning and economics family is built around Planning Space, which is sold as a suite covering financials, economics, portfolio, reserves and dataflow, supported by Enersight for planning, Val Nav for reserves and evaluation work, Previso for production forecasting, PetroVR for decision analysis and the Execute Suite for capital programme execution. A separate Upstream On Demand suite packages accounting, land, well operations and production operations for North American producers, with further modules for SCADA control, document management, land administration and renewable development.

Midstream, LNG and measurement

Midstream customers use My Quorum TIPS for pipeline and plant accounting, My Quorum Pipeline for operations, My Quorum LDC Management for local distribution companies, and modules for right of way and land management, marketing and energy operations and accounting. Energy Components handles upstream and midstream hydrocarbon management and LNG. For measurement, Quorum sells FLOWCAL together with the TESTit, PROVEit, PYCit and CALCit field applications used for gas and liquids measurement, proving and calibration. Logistics is covered by DaWinci, which manages personnel and cargo movement to offshore installations.

Customers, partners and support

Day to day support runs through a customer community portal, a services and support organisation and an optional managed services subscription, with training delivered through Quorum University. The company also runs a partner programme for consultancies and technology providers, listing firms such as Accenture, EY, PwC, Embark, Value Global and Petro Ledger among its partners, and it maintains a customer advisory board that meets to review product direction. Partner enquiries go to [email protected] and advisory board matters to [email protected], while general questions are directed to [email protected] in the website terms and conditions.

Acquisitions and 2026 activity

Quorum has grown by combining products from a series of industry software vendors into one portfolio. Its most recent transaction was announced on 25 June 2026, when it acquired Streamba, an AI-native supply chain platform for the energy industry whose Visibility, Orchestration and Response layer adds real-time logistics and supply chain orchestration to Quorum's data platform. The company said DaWinci and Streamba would be combined into a single logistics experience covering both personnel and cargo, and framed the deal as part of a strategy to act as a connected operating layer across subsurface planning, field execution and the back office. Chief executive Paul Langenbahn is quoted in the announcement, as is Streamba chief executive Steven Calder. The company also exhibits at industry events, with a 2026 schedule that includes GOTECH in Dubai in April, ADIPEC in Abu Dhabi in November and an upstream IT symposium in Yogyakarta, plus its own customer conference, Qnections, which is scheduled for Las Vegas in April 2027 with a European edition in Lisbon.
